GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bride&co reserves the right to change prices without notification. Prices on confirmed special orders will not be changed.
- Prices on website may differ from actual prices in-store.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from date of issue.
- Approximately 10 – 15 weeks is required for manufacture of special orders, additional charges may apply.
- Expected delivery dates supplied for special orders are an estimate only. As the merchandise is ordered from our international supplier we cannot guarantee exact day delivery.
- No special orders will be processed until the 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid. Special order cancellations will result in 25% being forfeited of the total value of the order.
- Dresses are cut to size, not to specific measurements.
- Merchandise colours may vary on screen.
- Products displayed in the images are subject to availability.
- All goods are to be paid for in full prior to collection.
- Alteration requirements are charged separately and must be paid for in full prior to the merchandise being altered.
- Bride&co does basic alterations. Bride&co does not take responsibility for the altering of the design of the garments. It will be at the discretion and responsibility of the customer. There are no refunds or exchanges on altered garments
- Refunds and Exchanges may only be made on merchandise if the following conditions are met:
- Merchandise is returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Merchandise is returned in its original condition.
- Merchandise has original tags attached.
- The original invoice is produced.
- No refunds or exchanges will be made on merchandise that has been altered.
- No refunds or exchanges can be made on sale items
- No exchanges on special orders or sale items.
- No exchanges or refunds will be issued on any undergarments.
- No cash refunds will be processed in store.
- Bride&co does NOT offer exclusivity on matric dance dresses purchased.
- This Establishment, the owner, representatives and/or the companies employees are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by you or your guests on or about the Premises (includes buildings, furnishings, parking areas, etc.) of this Establishment. Including but not limited to theft. You or guests irrevocably waive all such claims.
ALTERATIONS
- Bride&co have experienced seamstresses on the premises to assist with alterations to give you the perfect fit
- Bride&co does basic alterations. Bride&co does not take responsibility for the altering of the design of the garments. It will be at the discretion and responsibility of the customer. There are no refunds or exchanges on altered garments
- Please book your alterations 8-10 weeks before your function date.
- Remember to bring your shoes, underwear and accessories with to your alterations fittings.
- All alterations are charged separately and pricing varies depending on alterations done.
- You may need to attend 3-5 fittings during the alterations process so please ensure you are available to do so on week days.
- No refunds can be done on altered items.
- Alteration requirements are charged separately and must be paid for in full prior to the merchandise being altered.
